General Information

Not only is each Movado design beautiful, it is created with quality materials and components. We proudly stand behind every Movado product we sell.

2 Year Limited Warranty
Movado warrants to the original consumer that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, his/her timepiece or jewelry will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent it from functioning properly under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover analog batteries, straps, watch bracelets, crystals, gold- or ionic-plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any part other than a Movado Authorized Service Center.
