Your new credit card will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the date you opened your account. If you do not receive your card after 10 business days, please call Comenity Bank at 1-888-868-0296(TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) to request another card.

Yes. You will receive a monthly statement by mail if you have a balance or if there is activity on your account, unless you sign up for paperless statements (see next questions). 

It’s easy to sign up! Visit comenity.net/kay and click “Register”. Enter your account information (use your current account number).
