The things that make you go hmmmm. I just received this necklace for my birthday. All I can say is $500 for sterling silver and 1/5 carat of diamond? Really? Don't bother all you are paying for is the name of Neil Lane. Not worth it! I definately hope my husband did not pay full amount for this. I am totally disappointed, just looks cheap.
